1. Booking & Confirmation
- All photography and videography bookings are confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment.
- Booking dates are subject to availability and will be reserved once confirmation is provided by Alpha Digital Studio.
- Any request to change the booking date must be informed in advance and is subject to availability.
2. Advance Payment & Cancellation
- Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
- If a shoot is postponed, the advance amount may be adjusted for a future date, subject to availability.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the nature and timing of the booking.
3. Payment Policy
- Full payment must be completed on or before the delivery of final photographs or videos.
- Additional services, extra hours, or special editing requests will be charged separately.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or any other mutually agreed payment method.
4. Service Scope
- Alpha Digital Studio offers services including wedding photography, traditional functions, corporate shoots, maternity, newborn, and event coverage.
- Final deliverables will be provided as per the selected package.
- Raw files will not be shared unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Photo and video delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, force majeure, etc.) will be communicated promptly.
- Edited photos and videos will be delivered in digital format unless otherwise agreed.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for shooting at venues, if required.
- Alpha Digital Studio will not be responsible for missed shots due to late arrivals, venue restrictions, or client-related delays.
- Clients should clearly communicate expectations, preferences, and special requests prior to the shoot.
7. Creative Rights & Usage
- Alpha Digital Studio retains full copyright of all images and videos captured.
- Selected images or videos may be used for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Clients may use delivered content for personal use and social media sharing.
8. Image & Video Editing
- Editing style is based on Alpha Digital Studio’s professional judgment and creative approach.
- Requests for major re-editing or additional edits beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
- Color tones, lighting, and artistic effects may vary depending on shoot conditions.
9. Equipment & Technical Issues
- In the rare event of equipment failure, Alpha Digital Studio will make every effort to arrange a suitable alternative.
- Liability, if any, is limited to the refund of payments received for the affected service.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Alpha Digital Studio is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, venue restrictions, or third-party interference.
- The studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
11. Privacy Policy
- Client information and contact details are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
- Images and videos will be securely stored for a limited period after delivery.
12. Modifications to Terms
- Alpha Digital Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Updated terms will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
